The goal was to make hiring faster, simpler, and more human using swipe-based matching, clear hiring stages, and low-friction onboarding.

❌ Slow, manual screening processes
❌ Poor visibility of hiring status for employers

Both sides lack speed, clarity, and control.

Design a mobile-first MVP that:
Enables direct hiring
Reduces onboarding time to under 2–3 minutes
Uses swipe interactions for faster discovery
